FROM A19: exit toward Stockton A1046. Take first turn to the left from A1046 into North Tees Ind. Estate then straight on following road. Hotel to be found on left hand side.

FROM STOCKTON TOWN CENTRE: follow Haverton Hill A1046 direction and turn right into North Tees Ind. Estate (just before junction with A19). FROM A19: exit toward Stockton A1046. Take first turn to the left from A1046 into North Tees Ind. Estate then straight on following road. Our Teesside Hotel can be found on left hand side.

FROM MIDDLESBOROUGH: Follow the A66 signposted Stockton, Middlesbrough. Branch left, then merge onto the A19, signposted The North. At Portack Junction branch left, then at Portrack Junction branch left to join A1046, signposted Stockton. Take first turn to the left from A1046 into North Tees Ind. Estate then straight on following road. Our Teesside Hotel can be found on left hand side.
