Q: How can I book a room?
A: You can book a room via the website, via your local Travel Agent or by calling the hotel direct.

Q: How much does a room cost?
A: Rooms start at £24.50 per room per night including VAT. Metro Inn rooms sleep up to three people (adults and/or children)

 

Q: What room types do you have?
A: All Metro Inn rooms are triples (i.e. one double bed and one bunk bed)

 

Q: Do you have “smoking rooms?
A: Yes we do. Please ensure that you request a smoking room at the time of booking.

 

Q How many people can stay in a room?
A: Metro Inn rooms take up to three people (adults / children)

Q: What if I do not receive a booking confirmation number?
A: When you make an online booking, your confirmation number is emailed to you. If you have not received an email from Metro Inns confirming your booking, please call the hotel directly. Click here for the Metro Inn you have made your reservation at.

 

Q: Will you charge my credit card before I arrive?
A: No, credit card details are only taken to guarantee the booking.

 

Q: Will you take a deposit?
A: No

 

Q: When do you take payment?
A: Payment is taken upon arrival.

 

Q: Must I pay with the same credit card as quoted when making the booking?
A: No. Metro Inns accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards and all debit cards i.e Maestro

 

Q: I do not have a credit or debit card, how can I guarantee my room?
A: You must check in by 18:00 hrs, otherwise we cannot guarantee your room booking.

 

Q: Up to what time will the hotel keep my room?
A: If your room is guaranteed with a credit card, Metro Inns will hold your room until you arrive. If you have not guaranteed your booking, Metro Inns could release your room at 18:00 hrs.

 

Q: Can I book more than one room at one time?
A: Yes, but our website only takes individual bookings. If you are booking 5 rooms or more, please download the Group Bookings form or contact the hotel directly by email or phone

New “Smoke Free” law in England:

From 1 July 2007 it will be against the law to smoke in virtually all enclosed and substantially enclosed public places and workplaces.

Metro Inns will still offer a percentage of “smoking rooms.” Please ensure that you request a “smoking room” at the time of booking.

It will be criminal offence to smoke in any “no smoking” area in a Metro Inn property and fixed penalty fines of up to £50 will apply.
