24 hour cancellation policy - cut off time 2pm on the day before arrival.
Reservations cancelled before the cut off time can transfer the deposit to another date.
Reservations cancelled after the cut off time cannot transfer the deposit and will be charged the full rate for the first night.
Non-arrivals will be charged the full rate for the first night.
